Provide administrative, reporting, and documentation support for Premier Aggregates’ Safety & Compliance programs across pits, plants, and fleet. Ensures records are accurate, reports are timely, and compliance documentation is maintained to meet MSHA, DOT, DEQ, EPA, and internal requirements.
- Maintain compliance records (safety logs, driver qualification files, environmental reports).
- Prepare and submit required reports (MSHA training records, DOT compliance files, DEQ environmental filings).
- Track safety incidents, corrective actions, and training completions.- Maintain safety/compliance databases and filing systems (digital + paper).
- Support preparation of pre-read materials for audits, inspections, and Board updates.
- Coordinate scheduling of safety meetings, training sessions, and inspections.
- Work closely with the Safety & Compliance Leader to ensure field activities are documented.
- Provide administrative support during audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Assist in generating monthly KPI dashboards and compliance scorecards.- Ideal Experience: 1+ year in an administrative, compliance, or safety support role (internships or on-the-job training acceptable).
- Certifications: None required; exposure to MSHA or DOT compliance is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and documentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel; detail orientation; reliable follow-through.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred; willingness to grow into compliance/safety career path.
- Early-career professional with strong organizational/administrative skills.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and documentation management.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn compliance and safety regulations in mining/transportation.
