- Supporting National Fuel's Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS) by assisting with the Safety Observation Reporting program and working closely with departments involved in PSMS to ensure conformance with the American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practice 1173.
- Administering multiple programs within our safety management software solution, Ideagen (DevonWay).
- Overseeing weekly safety tip messaging and other safety related communications posted on the company's intranet.
- Analyzing safety data and creating presentations and reports as requested.
- Developing new or expanding existing safety initiatives or programs.
- Assisting with the oversight of the Safety Department's monthly, quarterly, and annual budget preparations and presentations.
- Assisting the other team members of the Safety Department as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer – service mindset
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skill
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skill
- Problem solving expertise
- Proven ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Previous Utility Operations, Engineering, Safety administration, or Audit experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Accounting, Statistics or similar discipline.

The base salary range for this position is $62,500 – $88,000.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
