We’re looking for a motivated, early-career safety professional who wants to grow with us. As our new Field Safety Manager, you’ll work side by side with project foremen, general contractors, and our Safety Director to build a strong safety culture on some of the most complex structural steel and precast erection projects in the Midwest.

This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who wants to get out on job sites, learn the ropes, and help keep crews safe — not sit behind a desk all day. If you’ve got a degree in safety (or are wrapping one up), and you’re ready to grow fast, we want to talk to you.

Position Summary:

The Field Safety Manager is responsible for supporting and enforcing safety policies and procedures across all active job sites. This role works closely with the Director of Safety, project foremen, and general contractor representatives to maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be early in their safety career, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership role through mentorship and field experience.
