Program Overview:
The Rotation Program at IGS is a two-year experience for recent graduates to rotate through various departments of our organization. The program is geared towards recent college graduates interested in a challenging, rewarding career growth in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment. The goal of the program is to provide meaningful experiences to accelerate your career path at IGS while discovering your passions. You will bring your talents, drive, and passion to provide value and achieve business objectives as defined by the the program management team.
During your experience, you will have opportunities to:
- Build and develop skills through a combination of experiential learning, formal and informal mentorships, and business applications training that will enable you to enhance critical thinking and leadership skills while contributing to IGS’s core business.
- Build relationships through exposure to a variety of functional departments, project work, and leadership within IGS.
- Develop a peer experience, networking and collaboration to support your overall experience and development.
- Leverage and integrate learning experiences throughout the program to make innovative and meaningful contributions across the organization.
The program includes multiple rotations for approximately three to four months. You will receive support from your business leaders as well as the program manager to ensure you reach your full potential as a future leader. Upon successfully completing the program you will be placed in a regular position within the organization. Placement will depend on your interests, talents, and performance, as well as IGS’s business needs.
Core Rotations:
The core rotations are designed to give you a deeper understanding of key business areas of IGS, while allowing you to explore your interests and passions. The core functions include:
- IGS Home: Develop an understanding of our main product lines and our customer base.
- Commercial &Industrial: Develop an understanding of the core functions our commercial and industrial team including sales reporting, and product pricing for large customers.
- Solar: Develop an understanding of how solar works and our initiatives from a commercial and residential perspective.
- Supply: Develop an understanding of the basics of scheduling, utility operations, pipeline operations, and pricing.
- Innovation: Gain insight to the fundamental stages of IGS’s new initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, accounting/finance, marketing, logistics, or economics
- Strong experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Salary Range:
$49,470.00 - $79,150.00
- This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
