MMR is seeking a driven and technically knowledgeable Rotating Equipment Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the rebuilding and reconditioning of industrial gearboxes and offering full-service machine shop capabilities. This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in key industries such as chemical processing, power generation, mining, aggregate, cement, and oil & gas. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and promoting MMR’s extensive capabilities in precision machining, large-scale gear manufacturing, and equipment refurbishment. Key responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, conducting on-site visits to assess equipment conditions, preparing detailed proposals and quotations, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of rotating equipment and mechanical systems, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while driving revenue growth. This position plays a vital role in representing MMR’s commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in every project we undertake.
