We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our roofing division as the first full-time support hire. This role is designed to work closely with the Roofing Division Manager to coordinate operations, ensure project delivery, and help drive overall performance across the department. You’ll be wearing many hats—from managing projects in our CRM to conducting field inspections and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
•Oversee individual roofing jobs from estimate to completion using Roofr and other platforms
•Generate and manage instant estimates, roof reports, proposals, scheduling, material orders, and work orders
•Coordinate with crews and vendors to ensure timely project execution and quality standards
•Help resolve scheduling conflicts or project delays as needed
CRM & Operational Tools Management
•Maintain clean and accurate records in Roofr and related systems
•Ensure consistent use of templates and workflows
•Monitor real-time progress and update records accordingly
Licensing & Permitting Support
•Assist the licensing team by identifying jurisdictional requirements for roofing licenses and permits
•Coordinate basic permitting processes when applicable
Field Support (Utah-based Homes Only)
•Perform on-site roof inspections for insurance-related sales leads
•Capture accurate documentation and relay details back to sales/project managers
Customer Experience & Follow-Up
•Proactively follow up with customers post-install to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
•Assist in collecting reviews, testimonials, and referrals to support marketing and reputation growth
•Help track and improve customer experience metrics
Subcontractor & Vendor Relations
•Support the onboarding and documentation of subcontractors (e.g., insurance verification, licenses)
•Maintain strong relationships with key supply houses and vendor partners
•Help coordinate scheduling and clear communication with subcontractors on active projects
Training, Documentation & SOP Development
•Assist in creating and updating internal standard operating procedures (SOPs)
•Help document step-by-step processes to support consistency and scale
•Participate in onboarding and training of future team members
Reporting & Performance Tracking
•Monitor and maintain KPIs related to roofing projects and departmental efficiency
•Create and share regular reports on job cycle times, close rates, margins, and other key metrics
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•2+ years of experience in construction, roofing, project coordination, or a related support role
•Experience with CRMs, project tools, or estimating software (Roofr experience a plus)
•Familiarity with roofing terminology and workflow preferred, but not required
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
•Comfortable with technology platforms and learning new tools
•Personable and professional — able to communicate well with both crews and customers
•Physically capable and comfortable climbing residential roofs (Utah only)
•Adaptable and eager to grow with the company
•Creative problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
