Position Overview:
The Roofing Repair Technician plays a crucial role in executing various types of roofing repairs in our Repairs and Warranty Department. Your expertise and attention to detail contributes to the high-quality workmanship and exceptional service that our company is known for.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct inspections and assessments of roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
•Perform roof repairs including but not limited to shingle replacement, flashing repairs, and patching leaks.
•Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and costs.
•Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and comply with safety regulations.
•Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
•Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
Requirements:
•1-2 years of roof repair experience.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
•Clean driving record and willingness to travel to job sites.
•Knowledge of various types of roofs and roofing materials.
•Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
•Professionalism and commitment to quality workmanship.
