JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to lead the sales team along with working with the operations teams to build excellent customer service and long-lasting relationships.
EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
•Coordinating sales activities among the sales team and holding them accountable to expectations
•Overseas the development and implementation of market and pricing strategies that leads to an optimum market share position, maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
•Analyze market information and recommend actions to improve and maintain position.
•Following through and taking ownership of group and divisional initiatives and directives set by key stakeholders
•Assisting team members with resolving customer concerns
•Participating in the hiring and on-boarding process
•Developing relationships with potential new customers and fostering relations with key stakeholders at key and major accounts
•Actively engaging in new bidding opportunities
•Meet or exceed annual operating targets.
•Completing recurring reporting requirements including Weekly Sales report
•Representing BURNCO at local and national industry associations
•Managing other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
•10+ years of related industry experience
•Experience leading business enterprises with broad scope of responsibility that includes safety, operations, sales and team building expertise

•75% - includes local and regional

Salary range - USD 110,000-115,000
