Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Specialist located in Patchogue, NY. The Retention Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer accounts, developing retention strategies, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
