Compensation: $55,000 base + commission on spa sales + quarterly retail performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week including one weekend day (Sunday availability required in season)

St. Cyr Pool & Spa is a fast-growing, multi-location pool and hot tub retailer. Our Middleton store is a long-standing location with an established customer base and strong spa sales. But we’re not content with just holding steady. We’re investing in the next phase of growth, and we’re looking for a full-time experienced Retail Store Manager to take the reins.

This is not a passive management role. You’ll be the quarterback of the store: leading the team, driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a first-class customer experience for both pool owners and hot tub shoppers.

You are sales and marketing driven and like finding creative ways to drive sales

You’re comfortable selling $10K–$15K ticket items and love closing a deal.

You enjoy working with customers, solving problems, and making product recommendations.
