Job Summary
We are seeking a hybrid employee with pool cleaning experience for full time work. This position will be based in the retail store, however you will also be our "vacation guy", filling in for pool cleaners who are sick, behind, or on vacation. We expect this role to generally consist of 50-70% retail work, with 30-50% of your time spent maintaining pools.
Expected Schedule
Approx 40 hrs a week. Pool cleaner vacations are scheduled in advance, you will have notice.
If there are no pool cleaner vacations- Tues-Sat 10-6pm (10-5 on Sat).
If there is a pool cleaner on vacation- You choose your own hours but need to work M-F to complete the route for the week.
* = Repairing vacuums/pumps in-store is optional and requires no prior experience. However, learning these skills can help you earn raises more quickly and can eventually lead to promotion opportunities in our service team. Training will be provided if you’re interested—just bring a willingness to learn!
