Seasonal World is looking for an Inside Sales Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join our team. Ideal candidate would assist our sales and design team with client interactions as they learn more about the scope of services offered by Seasonal World as it relates to inground swimming pools and all of the related backyard amenities our clients have come to love. Ideal candidate would have experience in performing administrative and office support activities for multiple Managers and multiple members of Seasonal World’s Sales/Design Team. Daily duties will include fielding telephone calls, creating appointments for various opportunities for services performed by Seasonal World, conducting follow up and confirmation calls, preparing and maintaining various reports for the Sales Team and Management. In addition, Inside Sales Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will greet and direct visitors, handle in-person and telephone opportunity inquiries, maintain a digital and hard copy filing system for the sales department, and maintain the daily/weekly schedules for Managers and specific Sales Team Members.

What Are We Looking For In An Inside Sales Administrative Assistant/Coordinator?
Although not required but preferred, candidates that have experience working with or as part of a sales team should be sure to detail this information on their resume. Additionally, any sales related or CRM software that may have been previously used should be detailed on the candidates resume as well.
