Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and customer service abilities to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
•
Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
•
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
•
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and provide timely solutions.
•
Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
•
Communicate with clients regarding their pool needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
•
Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Skills
•
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to pool maintenance and repair.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
•
Experience in pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments.
•
Ability to work independently as a service technician while managing time effectively.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
•
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
