Position Summary

The Restoration Technician serves as the first responder to property loss incidents, delivering essential mitigation services for multi-family and commercial properties. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning, microbial remediation, and other restoration services. This hands-on role requires executing high-quality restoration services while maintaining exceptional customer care and professionalism in the field.

Responsibilities

•

Perform water extraction and mitigation to prevent further property damage.

•

Conduct fire and smoke cleaning and restoration services.

•

Execute microbial remediation to ensure safe and healthy environments.

•

Provide vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up services.

•

Participate in demolition when necessary.

•

Supervise and manage temporary labor personnel on job sites.

•

Maintain exceptional customer service by showing empathy and professionalism.

•

Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Ability, & Experience

•

Minimum 2+ years of experience in restoration or construction.

•

Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure project completion.

•

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (per insurance requirements).

•

Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipment.

•

High sense of urgency with excellent organizational and time management skills.

•

Customer-focused, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

•

Experience with construction industry software is a plus.

•

IICRC Certifications are a plus
