Restoration Technician

Elements Disaster Recovery is looking for water, fire, and mold Restoration Technicians in the Orlando Area! Individuals applying must be hard working with a professional appearance, have good attitudes, be dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Performing mitigation duties for water, fire, and mold losses.

Interacting with customers professionally and providing excellent customer service.

Documenting losses according to protocol.

Ability to demo and dispose of baseboards, drywall, cabinets, flooring, etc. and maintain a clean job site.

Computer skills/data entry skills required; Xactimate knowledge a plus!

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.

Availability to be on-call and able to respond quickly to an after-hours emergency call. (On-Call rotation schedule)

Must be able to work after business hours or overtime when needed.

Must also be able to work independently and with others and follow directions.

This position is subject to a background check and driving record check.

Must have a valid driver license in good standing (3 Years, no incidents)

Must be able to drive Van and Box Trucks up to 24 feet. Ability to pull a trailer a plus.

Technicians must be able to physically lift 35 lbs. - equipment and debris removal, load/unload equipment on trucks, walk or stand for long periods of time. Must also be able to work in half and/or full-face respirators as needed.
