Full Service American/Mediterranean Dining in Restaurant in Orange County is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our establishment delivers exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while fostering a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities

•Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
•Manage inventory control for food and alcoholic drinks, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
•Lead and train staff in hospitality management practices, food handling, and customer service excellence.
•Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
•Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
•Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
•Promote teamwork among staff through effective communication and motivation.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
•Knowledge of inventory control processes and food management practices.
•Familiarity with bartending is required.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
