New Irish Pub on Vilano Beach Seeking Bar Manager!

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. This role involves managing staff, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

•

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.

•

Train, develop, and manage bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

•

Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.

•

Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.

•

Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative drink menus that complement the dining experience.

•

Manage the Aloha POS system for accurate order processing and financial reporting.

•

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.

•

Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and regulations related to alcohol service.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

•

Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices.

•

Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.

•

Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred.

•

Excellent training development skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

•

Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management.

•

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
