We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager who will be able to manage up to 30 agents on the dialer system.
Managing lead reports
Uploading leads
Training agents
Motivating agents
Maintaining a clean work environment
Onboarding/Offboarding agents
Time Tracking
Etc.
Experience:Basic Computer Skills (Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)

Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, is able to work independently, and has a strong desire to learn. This position will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing efforts including but not limited to: advertising, social media, events, sales, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and be able to work independently as well as be part of a team. This position will report directly to the owner.
Create plans for all marketing campaigns including social media, events, sales, and community outreach
Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaigns are running smoothly
Create graphics for all marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
Work with vendors to ensure products meet quality standards
Other duties as assigned by owner or management team.
