Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, and financial acumen to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and profitably.
Qualifications
•
3+ years of similar experience. Must have 5 years of F&B experience, 5+ years of senior management experience.
•
Strong work tenure (ideally 3+ years of experience at each location)
•
High volume experience a must.
Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success, overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.

You will lead a team, the brand ethos, and foster an environment that embodies our dedication to excellence.

Drive financial performance by optimizing revenue, managing expenses, and monitoring budget adherence.
