Qualifications
•3+ years of similar experience. Must have 5 years of F&B experience, 5+ years of senior management experience.
•Strong work tenure (ideally 3+ years of experience at each location)
•High volume experience a must.
Responsibilities
•As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success, overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.
•You will lead a team, the brand ethos, and foster an environment that embodies our dedication to excellence.
•Drive financial performance by optimizing revenue, managing expenses, and monitoring budget adherence.
