Nous sommes à la recherche d'un responsable du développement commercial expérimenté et stratégique pour soutenir notre unité commerciale Haute tension au Canada. Ce poste relèvera directement du directeur du marketing et des ventes pour le secteur de la haute tension et sera basé à Montréal. Le candidat retenu sera chargé d'élaborer une stratégie, de stimuler la croissance et d'assurer la réussite future de l'entreprise. La région principale pour ce poste est l'Est du Canada, qui comprend les provinces de l'Ontario, du Québec et toute la région de l'Atlantique.

Votre impact

Département de la stratégie et de la croissance ; développe et conduit des initiatives de croissance locale avec les équipes locales et en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes.
Développement commercial : Identifier et rechercher de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de nouveaux marchés afin d'étendre l'empreinte de la Business Unit Haute Tension, en mettant l'accent sur la gestion de portefeuille et l'analyse de marché.
Gestion de portefeuille : Comprendre le réseau et les domaines dans lesquels notre technologie joue un rôle essentiel. Travailler sur la stratégie de tarification et les stratégies de mise sur le marché qui aident notre entreprise à atteindre ses objectifs.
Évaluation du marché : Devenir expert dans votre région ; cartographie des clients, paysage concurrentiel, opportunités et défis réglementaires, projets à venir, etc.
Orientation client : Entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients, en se concentrant sur la voix du client et en garantissant des niveaux élevés de satisfaction de la clientèle. L'accent doit également être mis sur d'autres partenaires importants : sociétés de conseil en ingénierie, EPC, distributeurs, etc.
Gestion financière : Gérer les prévisions régionales en veillant à l'exactitude et à la croissance durable.
Négociation de contrats : Capable de mener des révisions contractuelles et de négocier des contrats avec des clients et d'autres partenaires.
Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres Business Development Managers et Account Managers, afin d'aligner les stratégies et de partager les meilleures pratiques.


Votre expérience

Licence en commerce, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
Parfaitement bilingue, français et anglais
Bonne expérience dans un rôle de gestion du développement des affaires.
Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d'une croissance commerciale forte et réussie et dans la réalisation d'objectifs financiers.
Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de négociation et de relations interpersonnelles.
Penseur stratégique avec des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de résolution de problèmes.
Volonté de voyager dans la région selon les besoins (25 à 30 %).
Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie
Connaissance des marchés canadiens des services publics et industriels.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to support our High Voltage Business Unit within Canada. This role will be directly reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager for High Voltage and will be based in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategy, driving growth, and ensuring a successful future for the business. The primary region for this role is Eastern Canada, which includes the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, and the entire Atlantic region.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Strategy & Growth Department; Develops and drives local growth initiatives with the local teams and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and markets, to expand the High Voltage Business Unit’s footprint, with a specific focus on portfolio management and market analysis.
Portfolio Management: Understanding the grid and where our technology plays an integral role. Working on pricing strategy and go to market strategies which support our business in achieving its targets.
Market Assessment: Become expert in your region; customer mapping, competitor landscape, regulatory opportunities and challenges, upcoming projects, etc.
Customer Focus:  Foster strong relationships with key clients, focusing on the Voice of the Customer, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Focus must also be placed on other important partners; Engineering Consulting Firms, EPC’s, Distributors, etc.
Financial Management:  Manage the regional forecast, ensuring accuracy and sustainable growth.
Contract Negotiation: Capable of leading contractual reviews and negotiating contracts with customers and other partners alike.
Collaboration:  Work closely with other Business Development Managers and Account Managers, to align strategies and share best practices.


Your background

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Fluently bilingual, French and English
Good experience in a Business Development Management role.
Proven track record of driving strong and successful business growth and achieving financial targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within the region as required (25%-30%)
Energy sector experience
Knowledge of the Canadian utility and industrial markets.
