The Engineering Resource Planning Leader will lead strategic resource planning and ensure optimal alignment between engineering capacity and business demand. This individual will partner closely with engineering leaders, operations and product line to forecast labor and other budgetary needs, optimize resource allocation and implement processes and tools to enable agile business decision making. The Resource Planning Leader will champion standard work to ensure alignment & efficiencies between strategic business resource planning needs and engineering teams operational needs. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of resource management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Job Description
The base pay range for this position is $111,200.00 - 148,300.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
