Key Responsibilities
•Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their solar journey—from contract signing to system activation.
•Project Planning: Create and manage project timelines, identifying key milestones including permitting, utility approvals, material delivery, and install scheduling.
•Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments—sales, design, operations, and install teams—to ensure seamless project flow.
•Loan Facilitation: Help homeowners complete solar financing applications and work with lending partners to move applications forward.
•Scheduling & Logistics: Manage installation schedules and technician assignments for efficient, timely installs.
•Post-Install Support: Ensure inspections, meter swaps, and system turn-ons are completed, and follow up with homeowners to confirm satisfaction.
•Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential project delays or customer concerns.
•Tracking & Documentation: Keep accurate notes in the CRM and project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, etc.) to ensure team alignment.
•Quality Control: Verify that projects meet regulatory, utility, and company quality standards.
Qualifications
•2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in solar, construction, or residential services.
•Strong ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and collaborate across departments.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and maintain strong attention to detail.
•Experience with CRMs or project tracking tools like Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
