$1,500 Stay Bonus + Company Paid Health Care
Base salary of $41,600 a year + Incentive pay
The Residential Outreach Specialist will work in the Energy Savings Assistance program delivering energy and cost saving solutions to underserved and vulnerable populations around San Diego County. This position is a rewarding way to work and give back to the community.
- Introducing the Energy Saving Assistance program and explaining this free benefit to the customer
- Explain the enrollment process and collect all required documents
- Preform an energy assessment of the customers home and install small measures
- Educate the customer on tips and tricks to saving energy
- Ability to work within diverse communities
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current drivers license and vehicle insurance
- Good driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience in a sales environment is a plus
- Previous experience and/or knowledge in the energy field is a plus
