Position General Information: Residential Construction Estimating/Production Assistant

•

Responsible for doing take offs from construction documents

•

Responsible for sending out construction documents to vendors and suppliers for estimates

•

Responsible for reviewing estimates and documents for accuracy

•

Responsible for relaying estimate documents to production team for ordering

•

Responsible for putting costs together for change orders

•

Responsible for maintaining bidding software

•

Assist production manager in daily tasks such as sub packets, sending out job packets to subs and vendors after the sale. Daily routine tasks to assist sales and production

•

Must be detail orientated and organized

•

Must be a team player, open to constructive criticism/other points of view, and have a positive attitude

•

Work from JBDB office (this is not a work from home position)

•

Some construction and estimating experience a plus

•

Qualifications

•

Strong background in construction estimating and production assistance

•

Proficiency in cost control and pricing within residential construction projects

•

Knowledge of construction site management and project coordination

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
