Job Summary

Blue Flame is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Propane Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with in-depth knowledge of propane services and a strong background in Business to Business sales.

Responsibilities

•

Identify, target, and secure new commercial and residential accounts

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and agriculture

•

Conduct on-site assessments and provide customized propane solutions

•

Negotiate contracts and close sales with decision makers

•

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

•

Ensure all sales activities comply with safety and regulatory standards

•

Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales potential

•

Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies and improve performance

•

Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

Qualifications

•

Minimum 2 years of experience in propane sales, preferably commercial propane sales

•

Deep understanding of commercial propane systems, usage, and applications

•

Extensive knowledge of residential propane systems, their operation, and practical applications

•

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

•

Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

•

Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management practices

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

•

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly

•

Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
