Role and Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for coverage at other locations and could require travel to Winnsboro, Sulphur Springs and Mt. Vernon.
This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from customers to take orders, answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information including but not limited to:
•Answer Incoming Calls professionally
•Respond to Customer’s inquiries
•Research required information using available resources
•Handle and Resolve customer complaints
•Provide Customers with Product and Service Information
•Enter customer delivery orders for: request for delivery; store closing and cage to be picked up; equipment issues etc.
•Identify and escalate priority issues
•Route calls to appropriate resources
•Follow Up customer calls when necessary
•Maintain customer files (electronic and hard copy)
•Maintain adequate system knowledge (ARS)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
•High School Diploma or GED
•2+ years of customer service or office-based work
•Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
•Courteous client contact skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
•Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from clients and internal customers
•Consistently demonstrates cooperative, team-oriented behavior.
