Reporting Analyst

What You Can Expect

As the Reporting Analyst within ENGIE North America’s Renewable & Flex Power Generation Business Unit, your role involves providing data analytics support within the company’s renewables assets across the USA. You will be tasked with accurately reporting KPIs (key performance indicator) through the development of automated scripts, tools, and visualizations.

Reporting to the Manager of Performance Analytics, your primary duties encompass:

- Maintain tools that monitor overall performance and availability of the operating fleet (wind, solar, battery storage)

- Support data needs during budgeting, spare parts management, and other operations tasks

- Report KPIs (key performance indicator) to key stakeholders

- Improve dashboards and visualizations that clearly display operational performance

What You’ll Bring

- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, math or equivalent certification, or training

- A minimum of two (2) years experience in Data analytics with operations experience (1 to 3 years) at power plants (wind, solar, BESS)

- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms such as Power BI, Grafana, Databricks, etc.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, etc.

- Basic understanding of electrical equipment and calculations

- Ability to travel to Texas and California sites

- Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and for the general public

- Be an action-oriented, self-motivated individual who can lead a team, work independently, and has strong organizational and personal skills

- Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement appropriate solutions

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with a high degree of accuracy

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Project Management systems

Additional Details

- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

- Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range:

$61,400 – $94,070 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
