We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to provide analytical, budgeting, process, and systems support for our operations team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can work independently, identify process improvements, and deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Provide analytical and process support to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring milestones are met and resources are aligned.
- Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and trend studies using system tools.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Manage or coordinate administrative and operational programs as assigned.
- Present analysis and project updates to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or business operations.- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with enterprise systems such as CSB (Customer Service/Billing or Corporate Systems Budgeting) and IBM Maximo (asset management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
