24/7 Events is seeking an entry level Sales & Rental Coordinator. Must be able to provide customer service, be attentive to details and has up-to-date computer skills. The coordinator will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, data entry and assisting customers in our showroom with event design. Our team is family-friendly, high-energy, hardworking, and dedicated. Our coordinators are a crucial part of our team and will report to our Sales Director and Operations Manager.
This position has the flexibility to be a part time or full-time position. Shifts and hours are subject to change.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-3pm; Occasionally a Saturday from 9am-1pm
1. Must have exceptional phone and email communication skills
2. Must be detail oriented and have time management skills to be able to complete delegated tasks within a given timeframe.
