We are a leader in the Performance Minerals industry with a commitment to operational excellence. Our North American operations are seeking a strategic Reliability Program Manager to take our asset management program to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple sites while working with a diverse team of technical professionals.
The Opportunity
As our Reliability Program Manager, you'll report directly to the Industrial Support Director for Performance Minerals North America. You'll lead a team of technical professionals spanning multiple engineering disciplines and be responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling reliability programs across our North American operations.
This is a strategic role focused on building and scaling maintenance reliability systems—not a maintenance manager position. You'll work collaboratively with site champions to establish best practices, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement in our asset management approach.
Key Responsibilities* Program Development & Implementation: Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment across multiple sites, including oil analysis, vibration monitoring, thermographic analysis, and moreQualifications Required* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
Preferred* Knowledge of mineral processing and specialty equipment
