PAY RANGE: (Min-Mid)Reliability Analyst I: $51,000 - $63,700
Reliability Analyst II: $62,300 - $77,900
Sr Reliability Analyst: $79,100 - $105,400
Lead Reliability Analyst: $93,100 - $124,100
Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Other hours as required) Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:The Reliability Analyst implements and facilitates reliability principles / processes, provides direction and technical expertise required to achieve and sustain optimum reliability, maintainability, useful life of assets at the lowest life cycle cost. The Reliability Analyst develops studies, plans, criteria, evaluations, performance assessments, cost estimates and budgets. Provides consultation and recommendations to the Company and to other business units.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires at least 3-5 years demonstrated relevant experience.
Relevant experience includes power utility experience (power gen, transmission, substation, or distribution) in a role supporting maintenance & reliability best practices. The preferred candidate will demonstrate specific experience and competency with multiple items in the summary of primary duties and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Valid driver's license required. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader, or Certified Reliability Engineer preferred.
Conditions will vary between office and field environments. Travel will be required to support the operational groups. Travel to other locations within the company is required. Additional overnight travel may be required occasionally. Must have a satisfactory work record including good attendance. Work may require additional hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on workload, project deadlines, and service restoration efforts.
