Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is seeking talented professionals to join our Regulatory Policy team as either a Lead or Senior Regulatory Affairs Engagement Coordinator. These roles are critical to SPP’s mission of ensuring reliable and affordable electricity by fostering strong, strategic relationships with state regulatory agencies across both our Eastern and Western footprints.

As the Lead Coordinator, you will serve as the principal architect of SPP’s state regulatory outreach strategy and a key advisor to senior leadership. You’ll lead planning and execution of commission engagement activities, support executive communications, and ensure alignment between internal policy goals and external regulatory expectations.
As a Senior Coordinator, you’ll play a strategic role in executing SPP’s regulatory engagement efforts—managing state commission outreach, coordinating executive-level engagements, and translating technical initiatives into clear, actionable messaging for external stakeholders.
