About the Opportunity

I’m recruiting on behalf of a client in the Greater Phoenix area that is expanding their U.S. operations and looking to add a Compliance Specialist (Bilingual Mandarin/English) to their growing team. This role will work closely with both U.S. colleagues and overseas teams in China to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support internal controls, compliance frameworks, and process improvement.

- Partner with U.S. and international teams to align operations and reporting.

- Assist with audits, certifications, and external regulatory requirements.

- Provide training and guidance to ensure company standards are followed.

- Monitor and document processes, addressing issues before they become risks.

What We’re Looking For

- Bilingual Mandarin/English — must have.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (engineering or related background a plus).

- 3+ years of compliance, internal controls, or audit experience (manufacturing preferred).

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, global company.
