PK Housing & Management is looking for a Regional Property Manager to lead multiple affordable housing communities. You’ll oversee up to 25 properties and 12–30 employees, ensuring compliance, strong financial performance, and excellent resident care.
- Lead and support property teams
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing/tax credit programs
- Manage budgets, vendors, and daily operations
- Build strong resident and community relationships
- Partner with agencies and attend inspections- 2+ years affordable housing experience (tax credit required)
- High school diploma (bachelor’s preferred)
- Travel required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties
