Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in business development, and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring that all business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
The Regional Manager—FE role effectively leads and manages the US-based Field Evaluation (FE) team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving operational excellence. This includes overseeing a team of 28 professionals, managing regional budgets, supporting business development efforts, and directly engaging with clients to guide and improve the field evaluation process. The position also involves occasional travel within the US for on-site evaluations while offering flexibility for remote work on administrative tasks
Duties
•Supervise and lead regional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals.
•Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the overall business objectives.
•Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
•Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase sales.
•Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
•Foster a culture of continuous process improvement across all locations.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
•Oversee day-to-day operations for a team of FE professionals, providing guidance and support to foster development and operational success
•Manage the US regional budget for FE operations, including preparing annual and monthly revenue forecasts to meet corporate objectives.
•Serve as US-based clients' primary point of contact, addressing inquiries about the FE program requirements
•Plan and coordinate field activities within the US, including working with external contractors for specialized FE needs.
•Handle client feedback and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction within the region
•Assist senior leadership in defining goals, performance objectives, and metrics to execute strategy, ensuring accountability for both team and self.
•Continuously review and recommend enhancements for the handling and delivering Field Evaluation Services. Update and request changes to documented procedures as necessary.
•Identify staff training needs and clarify procedures and requirements; provide ongoing coaching, training and leadership to the FE operations team.
•Handle customer complaints regarding Field Evaluation work and ensure all activities comply with applicable policies and QA standards
•To prepare and follow up on the proposals and quotes to customers, and to distribute the new projects received from Sales and Customer Service to the qualified inspectors as required. Supported the team on various software platforms used in day-to-day FE operations. Participate in audits based on the company requirement on a timely basis as requested by the QA and Director of Global FE Operations. Fostering a collaborative environment between the regions and departments. Participate in and support the hiring process to build a high performing team. •A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
