About This Job

We are seeking an in-office Recruitment Coordinator based out of our Philadelphia location, who will support our team recruiting activities in various markets! Do you have an upbeat personality to match our amped up sales team?

We are a renewable energy facilitator and we help energy consumers control and reduce their energy costs while eliminating their carbon footprints through various green energy initiatives. Be part of the green energy industry and help us provide clean energy access to 500,000 households by 2030!

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator include:

•

Manage ad placement (indeed, ziprecruiter, careerbuilder, facebook etc) and social branding

•

Manage applicant data and create ATS

•

Screen and interview applicants

•

Run background screenings and create user profiles for new hires

•

Creating badges and managing new hire supplies

•

Oversee our sales team recruiter(s) and manage KPIs

•

Coordinating ad budget spend with management and team directors

•

Scheduling and completing onboarding of new hires with our partners

•

Come up with and execute recruiting strategies to drive applicants for our markets

•

Provide ideas to digital team for glassdoor, indeed, linkedin pages and recruitment socials

•

Other responsibilities surrounding recruitment and onboarding of new hires

We provide:

Base pay ($36,400 - 46,800) + monthly performance bonus

Twice yearly company bonus

Requirements:

•

Completed high school

•

At least 1 year experience in recruitment; sales experience an asset

•

Preferably, bilingual (English & Spanish)

•

Disciplined and a go getter mindset

•

Willing to learn new skills and offer suggestions for system improvements

•

Experience with a CRM or creating an ATS

•

WordPress experience is a plus

This is an in-office role based out of our Bala (City Live Ave) location. Starting pay will depend on experience in these types of roles
