We seek an experienced Senior Recruiter to increase operational impact on an elite level and bring a high level of customer service experience.

Prime Ocean Group provides crew management and maritime workforce solutions to the offshore drilling industry and shipping industries worldwide. We connect skilled offshore drilling and marine personnel with top-tier offshore clients.
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage end-to-end recruitment for offshore drilling and marine based roles
•
Work with high volume candidate sourcing on a daily basis
•
Source candidates via Prime Ocean’s database, linkedin, and other various websites.
•
Manage a large pool of candidates
•
Quick and efficient movement through the Prime Ocean process
•
Working consistently towards Prime Oceans progression pathway and leadership roles
Requirements
•
3-5 years’ experience 3rd Party AGENCY experience working in high volume recruitment and field-based personnel
•
Available to drive to The Woodlands, TX 3 days per week
•
Strong work positivity and career driven
