What You Will Do:

Helion Energy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage our team of R&D technicians. The R&D Technician Supervisor will support this effort directly and support the scientific and engineering development projects that are required for us to meet our goals. You will supervise a team of direct reports, and you will report directly to our R&D Manager at our headquarters in Everett, Washington.

Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay

$100,000 - $130,000 USD
