As a Quality Program Administrator at Oceaneering’s Marine Services Division (MSD), you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by managing data entry, organizing documentation, and supporting team coordination. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to the company’s success by maintaining accurate records and streamlining administrative processes.

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring critical records are maintained and accessible.

- Organize, manage, and maintain documentation and databases to support project workflows.

- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.

- Support cross-functional teams by handling administrative requests and problem-solving challenges.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, with specific emphasis in Excel) and data management systems.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired

- Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

- Experience in working in a corporate environment.

- Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
