EnerMech is seeking a Quality Advisor. The Quality Advisor provides day-to-day support to the Quality Manager and wider operations team in maintaining compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. This role is responsible for assisting with audits, managing documentation, monitoring quality performance, and coordinating quality-related activities to ensure effective execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the oil & gas and heavy industry environment.
- Support the Quality Manager with implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001and customer requirements.
- Assist in scheduling, preparing, and following up on internal and external audits (customer, supplier, regulatory).
- Maintain and organize quality records, procedures, and reports to ensure proper document control.
- Track nonconformances (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and provide regular status updates.
- Collect, analyze, and compile quality performance data for reporting and management review.
- Help ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance by coordinating documentation and quality requirements.
- Prepare and distribute quality communications, training materials, and awareness updates to staff as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Support investigation of quality incidents, compiling evidence, and documenting root cause/corrective actions.
- Provide administrative support for quality initiatives, including maintaining trackers, databases, and action logs.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and the quality function to ensure customer and project requirements are understood and met.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in quality, compliance, or document control (oil & gas or heavy industry preferred).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, API Q1/Q2, and oilfield service/manufacturing quality requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or quality management software is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues when needed.
