- New Product Introduction support

- Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost, Routings creation
- Assembly process planning

- Lean implementation
- Create new/ update existing manufacturing process documentation, e.g., tooling lists, setup requirements and standard work instructions
- Defines tooling, fixturing, material handling requirements (Carts, trolleys, etc.) used in the manufacturing process, while also assisting with ideas for specialized processes.
- Coordinates with tool vendors to specify or procure new tooling and fixtures to make necessary changes.
- Work with operations to identify and document all build-related issues.
- Generate weekly issue reports with priority rankings.
- Vendor engagement for project requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement process
- Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customers.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.- 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Proficiency with PC's and Microsoft suite
- B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering required
