Quality Inspector – Entry-Level Welcome

Ready to launch a hands-on career in quality inspection? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about precision, eager to learn, and ready to grow. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you!

What You’ll Do:

Perform visual, performance, and functional evaluations to ensure parts meet requirements.

Conduct mechanical and advanced dimensional inspections.

Collect and report inspection data; maintain master inspection spreadsheets.

Communicate with customers and vendors to manage documentation (certificates, blueprints, reports, etc.).

Manage corrosion testing on plated parts.

Analyze nonconforming materials and contribute to weekly reports.

Support Corrective Action and Root Cause problem-solving efforts.

Calibrate basic tools like calipers and micrometers.

Participate in process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

- Familiarity with mechanical testing and inspection tools (or willingness to learn).

- Understanding of materials, blueprints, and GD&T is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently or in a team.

- A passion for quality and a drive to grow.

- Must reside within commuting distance of Norwood, NJ.
