JOB SUMMARY
Perform various inspection and quality control operations of a visual, dimensional, and functional nature, making necessary critical observations, test or completing appropriate documentation. Levels within Job Name typically indicate years of experience, unique or special skill set, depth & breadth of NOV product knowledge, performance proficiency, ability to operate multiple machines, and/or the versatility of the employee’s skill set.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Perform inspections on components, purchased parts, and/or finished products as required.
•Prepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documents.
•Review inspection records received for compliance.
•Maintain inspection and measuring equipment.
•Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) for non-conforming parts.
•Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.
Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.

EDUCTATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•1+ yrs. Knowledge of standard measurement equipment and inspection processes is preferred.
•Three or more years of related experience and/or training preferred.
•Demonstrable experience reading and understanding engineering prints.
•Demonstrable experience of computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office programs.
•Non-destructive inspection experience preferred.
