- Assist in creating and maintaining control plans (CP), standard operating procedures (SOP), and measurement instructions.
- Organize and file product testing records, improvement actions, and validation results.
- Track progress of new product testing and escalate issues when needed.
- Draft initial PPAP documents under engineer guidance.
- Maintain quality system documentation, including ISO9001/14001 files, audits, training records, and document control logs.
- Assist in data entry and analysis for quality performance reports.
- Record and track supplier quality issues, including follow-up on 8D reports.
- Assist in organizing supplier audits and supporting supplier qualification tasks.
- Maintain a supplier quality history and documentation database.
- Collect and compile data from incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Support frontline inspection teams in completing quality records.
- Prepare FMEA-related data for analysis and quality meetings.
- Organize customer quality feedback, complaints, and corrective action tracking logs.
- Schedule and document cross-departmental quality meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate training records for quality and technical staff.
- Assist in internal quality audits by preparing documentation and follow-up logs.
- Associate degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in quality or administrative support preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO9001) and manufacturing processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling technical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management systems.
