NDE Inspectorwho takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do
- Perform non-destructive examinations (UT, MT, PT, VT) in accordance with AWS D1.1, ASTM, and AISC standards.
- Inspect steel pole sections, arms, and welds for dimensional accuracy, quality, and drawing compliance.
- Verify sweep, camber, and straightness using precision tools and approved measurement methods.
- Conduct toe-crack inspections and evaluate indications per engineering and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ASTM A123/A153 galvanizing standards for coating quality and finish.
- Review WPS, PQR, and weld maps, and document all inspection results with supporting photos and measurements.
- Maintain detailed NDE and inspection records within the ISO 9001:2015 QMS system.
- Coordinate inspections with Production, Engineering, and Project Management, and support customer or third-party audits.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in NDE, steel pole fabrication, or structural steel inspection.- ASNT Level I or II certification in UT/MT/PT/VT preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1, ASTM A123/A153, and fabrication drawings.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and BOMs with precision.
- Excellent attention to detail, technical accuracy, and communication skills.
