We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our procurement strategies and ensuring the seamless supply of OEM Components to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.

- Manage purchasing process with suppliers to meet customer requirements.

- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery standards.

- Oversee purchasing activities and maintain accurate records.

- Analyze usage reports to identify correct inventory levels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production needs.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage customer needs.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Must have experience with Overseas suppliers (China, Vietnam, India, Taiwan)

- Proven experience in procurement management or a similar role.

- Knowledge of the manufacturing process of metal and plastic components

- Ability to read OEM prints and Quality standards

- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP system is a plus

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
