About the Role:

Operational Technology Solutions (OTS)

is a fast-growing leader in automation and turnkey skid manufacturing for the oil & gas industry. We’re looking for a

to lead our purchasing strategy, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure our projects run smoothly and cost-effectively.

This is a full-time position based in Roosevelt, UT, with opportunities for growth as OTS continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate contracts and build strong, long-term supplier partnerships

- Manage purchasing for electrical, automation, and fabrication projects

- Forecast material needs to keep projects on schedule

- Maintain inventory control and vendor accountability

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency

- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and operations to ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, purchasing, or part sales

- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

- Industry experience in automation, electrical, or oil & gas (preferred)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with leadership potential and problem-solving mindset
