Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage steel construction projects from bid to completion.

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

- Oversee structural steel fabrication, delivery, and erection schedules.

- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams and subcontractors.

- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

- Prepare project documentation including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and closeout reports.

- Troubleshoot challenges on-site and provide effective solutions.

- Be able to manage Fieldwire, Procore, Bluebeam and Tekla for management.

Skills

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and conflict resolution.

- Proficient in change management processes and techniques.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection processes, and industry standards.

- Proficient in project management software

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,150.00 - $1,400.00 per week
