Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Job Type: 18+ Contract on W2

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery and coordination of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in driving progress while collaborating across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end project management including tracking progress, budgets, key milestones, and dependencies

- Manage risks, issues, and communications, escalating as needed

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on project scope, communications, and procedural workflows

- Assist with RACI creation, execution planning, and project documentation

- Lead or participate in knowledge transfer and documentation activities

Additional Requirements:

- Strong technical acumen to understand project-related technologies and tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to cross-functional teams

- Previous experience in retail domain projects

- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude able to drive teams and deliverables independently

- Experience launching new projects with execution plans, milestones, risk registers, etc.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
