Your Role:
•As a Restoration Project Manager at RRT, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
•Managing restoration projects involving water, mold, and fire damage from initial assessment to final closeout
•Scoping losses and preparing detailed estimates using Xactimate software
•Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and job site schedules
•Leading insurance communications and obtaining job approvals
•Ensuring timely and accurate documentation is uploaded to internal systems
•Meeting project deadlines, budgets, and gross profit margin targets
Skills:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration project management
•Strong estimating skills with Xactimate proficiency
•Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) protocols, including Alacrity and Contractor Connection
•Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
•IICRC Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
